Cloud 29 Vintage was founded to honor the life and legacy of (owner) Lindsey's late husband, Investigator Dusty Wainscott, who died in the line of duty from a heart attack on September 8, 2021, while working for the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office. Dusty was only 38-years-old. Lindsey and Dusty had always wanted to open an antique store once he retired. His badge number was 29, so to honor him and their dream, Lindsey opened the store in May 2023 and named it Cloud 29, as a place where she could continue to feel close to him. The store has an Honor Wall to honor Dusty's life and excellent example he set within his home and community. Visit the store often - it is filled with treasures!!! Sports Memorabilia Antiques Vintiques Junktiques Uniques Vinyl Records Man Cave Area Eclectic and Nostalgic!!!
PLEASE NOTE, CLOUD 29 VINTAGE IS AN EXTREMELY SMALL STORE COMPARED TO YOUR "AVERAGE ANTIQUE STORE". It has just one supplier and is not a multiple-vendor store. Store is just over 500 square feet in size. Although there is much to see in the store, if you are looking for a bigger store with mulitple vendors, include traveling to the neighboring town of Whitesboro, Texas, (7 mile drive) where there are a couple of multi-vendor antique stores and markets. |
