About Cloud 29Cloud 29 was established in 2023 in effort to honor the store owner, Lindsey's, beloved late husband, Dusty Wainscott, who died in the line of duty serving as an Investigator with the Grayson County Sheriff's Office in Grayson County, Texas in 2021. He was only 38 at the time of his death and he was the center of Lindsey's world. Before his passing, Dusty and Lindsey loved spending their time hunting for antiques and unusual vintage finds and hoped to one day have a store of their own. When Dusty died, Lindsey was presented with the opportunity to follow their dreams and open a store of her own. She named the store, Cloud 29, as Dusty's badge number was 29 and she saw no other way to better honor her dear sweet husband than by naming the store after Dusty and his legacy. There is an Honor Wall in the store memoralizing Dusty and his law enforcement accomplishments with obtaining the supreme sacrifice Medal of Honor with his End of Watch on September 8, 2021. To honor Dusty's career in law enforcement, Cloud 29 proudly honors all active and retired law enforcement and military by providing a 10% total store discount on all purchases. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God." Matthew 5:9 Cloud 29 is open every Friday and Saturday from 11am through 6pm. Cloud 29 is constantly evolving into its best, so beginning in the Fall of 2025 the store will be open on Thursdays from 11-6pm as well. Located in the heart of Collinsville, Texas at 102 North Main Street. Please contact Lindsey directly at 903-821-2080 if you have any further questions. |
